Quality begins with an unambiguous specification
A product cannot be accepted against a requirement that was never written. The purchase document should identify construction, materials where critical, optical parameters, mechanical and environmental tests, sampling plan, marking, packaging and required records.
Suggested acceptance record
| Record | What it should identify |
|---|---|
| Product data sheet | Construction, dimensions, materials and rated environment |
| Optical test report | Wavelength, method, limit, sample or serial identity and result |
| Mechanical test record | Applied load, duration, setup, acceptance limit and outcome |
| Packaging inspection | Length, drum or carton identity, labels and visible condition |
Standards are not one-line claims
IEC 60794 is a family of optical-fiber cable standards and test methods. The applicable part and edition should be stated; writing only “IEC compliant” is not enough for engineering acceptance. ITU-T G-series recommendations generally describe fiber or system characteristics and must be paired with a cable construction and test plan.
Read our IEC 60794 buyer guide and factory testing overview. Quotation-specific evidence is confirmed through sales.
Published test evidence and certificate verification
Review our factory capabilities and certifications — verified manufacturing and test capabilities, management-system certificates, laboratory accreditation and product compliance.
Review our sanitized 5.452 km G.652.D bidirectional OTDR case, including the event table, directional results, splice-loss averaging and reproducible attenuation calculation.
Certificate disclosure policy
We publish a certification or conformity claim only after checking the certificate holder’s legal entity, issuing or notified body, certificate number, applicable scope, referenced standard, issue and expiry dates, and—where available—the issuer’s public verification record. Product-specific CE, RoHS, REACH, UL or test-report evidence is not treated as a blanket company-wide approval.
The locally supplied “Factory Case” document identifies its certificate fields and capability figures as a template requiring replacement with authentic records. Those placeholder numbers, project names and scale claims have therefore not been published. Buyers may request quotation-specific documents through sales.
